• Non-Refundable: All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or credit.
• Lost or Stolen Cards: The Markket is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Gift cards cannot be replaced under any circumstances.
• Expiration: Gift cards remain valid for five (5) years from the date of last activity. Cards with no activity for five years will automatically expire, and any remaining balance will be forfeited.
• Usage: Gift cards may be used toward eligible purchases at The Markket. Balances do not accrue interest.
• Balance Inquiry: Customers may check their remaining balance in-store or by contacting our customer support team.

• Returns & Exchanges: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached. Merchandise that shows signs of wear, damage, or use will not be accepted.
• Non-Returnable Items: The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: Sale or clearance items, gift cards, seasonal or holiday merchandise, and custom, special-order, or personalized items.
• Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to be processed after approval.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of purchase or delivery, along with photos and proof of purchase, so we can assist you.
